Offertory Fund
This fund was established to help finance the general operations of the parish.
Capital Improvement/Maintenance
This fund was set up to create a pool to support the functioning and repairing of the church and its facilities.
Memorials
This fund was formed to accommodate money that has been donated to the church (by either living or deceased members) to be used for various uses in the parish.
Room at the Inn/NEW Community Shelter
This fund was created to provide a meal on the 3rd Monday of every month for people who need a healthy meal. Meals usually include: Swan Club chicken and/or ham, bread, beans, fruit, and dessert. Gracious volunteers arrange and serve the food to those who attend the meal.
Advancing the Mission
St. Mary leadership welcomes the opportunity to work with the Diocese of Gren Bay in the "Advancing the Mission" fundraising campaign. This collaboration will allow St. Mary to meet our pressing financial needs, including retirement of our debt for our new church, paying for special assessments, and covering our Bishop's Appeal. It provides the Diocese the ability to set-up four completely protected funds, including ones for leadership development, evangelization, life-long catechisis, and priestly retirement care, as part of the Catholic Foundation. The income these funds generate wil be used to serve all of us of the Diocese for the forseeable future. <br />
Respect Life
This is a fund used to support the effort of conserving life headed by the group by the same name. The money goes toward such things as: purchasing educational materials and papers/pamphlets, hosting informational displays and meetings, purchasing roses for the Mother’s Day sale, and more.
Social Justice and Peace
This fund was established to support the Social Peace and Justice group in their efforts to spread the words of harmony and integrity around the area. They are responsive to the social issues that arise and dwell in our community and around the world. They do their best to help ease the people’s hardships and encourage those that promote their cause.
Advent Giving Tree
This fund was formed to help provide Christmas gifts to needy families, who cannot afford to purchase presents for themselves.
Feed the Hungry
This fund was started to aid a local food pantry with the collection of non-perishable items as well as monetary donations that the pantry then distributes to families in need. Contributions can be put in the grocery cart located in the Narthex.
Notre Dame School Trust
This fund was set up solely to provide financial support in the promotion and maintenance of Notre Dame School’s academic program. It helps supplement the money paid by the two parishes (St. Mary and St. Francis) and the parents of those students attending the school.
