Various areas of the St. Mary facility are available for rent by parishioners and non-parishioners, and can accommodate diverse group sizes and objectives. All renting is subject to approval and availability as well as established rules and regulations.
Large Social Hall:
The Large Social Hall can be set up to seat up to 300 people. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and/or snacks. The hall itself is furnished with multiple round tables, each seating 10 people, as well as buffet-style tables, which can be used for serving food. Small Social Hall:
The Small Social Hall can fit up to 25 people. It has access to its own private bathroom as well as efficiency kitchen (microwave, mini refrigerator, and cabinets). This room can be set up to your specifications when it comes to other fixtures such as tables and chairs. Click Rental Agreement for more details and needed form.
Classrooms/Meeting Rooms:
Classrooms/Meeting Rooms can also house up to 25 people. There are equipped with tables and chairs that can be arranged to your needs. Most rooms also have a whiteboard that can be used if needed. Entire Facility:
The Entire Facility can be rented out to accommodate a variety of activities and needs. Please contact Lois at 337-2330 ext. 11 for more details.
